How It Works?
myLadyShop pre-order will be held at least once every month which will last for 1-2 weeks. After 2 weeks, BP will close and we will consolidate all orders and send out to the suppliers. Pre-orders take around 2-4 weeks to reach, during this period, we will constantly provide updates. Thus if at anytime you are uncomfortable with the extended waiting time, please do not take part. We will at all times advice suppliers to expedite in the delivery.
Upon receiving your email order, we will revert with the order confirmation. Full payment is require for placing order. For orders after pre-order deadline, goods will be subject to availability.

Distribution
- FREE delivery (Weekdays Night or Weekends Morning) for orders above S$50.00.
- Mass collection will be arrange at various MRT Stations, confirm station is Ang Mo Kio. (Others meetup points will be decided by us taken in consideration with buyers location)
- S$7.00 per delivery to doorstep for orders below S$50.00 as requested.

Terms & Conditions
- All our goods/services will serve their intended functions.
- Delivery is free for goods purchased above S$50.00 otherwise as specified and delivered within Singapore. We are not responsible for any lost mail, photos of the packages will be taken before they are sent. Registered mail is highly recommended.
- We only accept bank transfers. Full payment transferred to either our POSB account is required before goods will be send out.
- For confirmation of orders, we will send an acknowledgement to the customer within 48 hours. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.
- For cancellation of orders, we will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame. We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and payment submitted by the customer.

- Gently massage face to improve blood circulation and prepare cells for absorbing essence during mask application
- Apply Mask, gently tap around the face area to remove air bubbles
- Remove Mask in 15-20 mins and gently massage
- Pour excess essence onto a clean bowl and apply essence onto neck and hands
- Lastly use a dry cloth to tap dry the essence on face or rinse

What is Mandi Lulur?
Mandi Lulur meaning “lulur bath” is originated from island of Java and in Javanese word “lulur” means “Coating the Skin”. Traditionally, this is the most luxurious pre-wedding ritual for the brides-to-be, to achieve fair, smooth, soft and radiant skin. The rice based body scrub has a lot of flavours like milk, pearl, green tea, tunip(Bengkoang), honey, papaya, flower, liquorice, etc… . The lulur should stimulate the body to throw out the dead cells, replace it with new ones, stimulate blood circulation under the skin, smooth the skin and at the same time scents it.
Application
After body shampoo, dry your body, apply the scrub all over the body (with wet or dry hands). Then leave on the scrub like a mask for 2 to 3 mins, after which gentle massage exfoliates the skin removing dead skin cells and rinse off with water. You may apply body lotion after drying the body. OR Simply use it like a scrub - body shampoo, apply scrub on your body and rinse off.
Usage
Recommended 1-2 times a week.
Note: Do not use Mandi Lulur on face or scrub on pimples.
